Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

The conducting body has announced that, Candidate must not be less than 30 years as on 1st January, 2026.

The department has confirmed that, Age will be calculated based on the Birth Certificate issued by the competent authority or the HSLC Entry pass/Certificate issued by a recognised Board/Council.

No other document will be accepted as age proof.

Educational Qualification

Other Eligibility Conditions

Must be a citizen of India as well as a permanent resident of the area for which appointment is sought.

Salary / Remuneration

The shortlisted Gaon Pradhan will receive a monthly remuneration of Rs. 14,000 (Rupees Fourteen Thousand only) per month.

How to Apply (Application Process)

Applications must be submitted only in the prescribed Standard Form, "Part IX of the Assam Gazette." No other application format will be accepted.

Duly filled applications, along with all required self-attested documents, must be submitted in the Application Receiving Box kept in the Land Revenue Branch of the Integrated District Commissioner Office, Kamrup, Amingaon (1st Floor).
