AAI Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria
AAI Manager and Junior Executive Educational Qualification
Work experience must be from a Central/State Government body, Public Sector Undertaking, or a large private organization/institution meeting AAI's turnover or employee-strength criteria, as detailed in the department notice.

AAI Recruitment 2026 Age Relaxation
As per the official update, SC/ST applicants : 5 years
OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) aspirants : 3 years
PwBD test-takers with permanent disability (for identified suitable posts): 10 years
Ex-servicemen in addition to Commissioned Officers with at least 5 years of military service: 5 years
aspirants already in regular AAI service who have completed probation: 10 years
The date of birth recorded in the Matriculation/Secondary Examination certificate will only be accepted; no subsequent change requests will be entertained.
AAI Recruitment 2026 Salary Structure
In addition to Basic Pay, chosen applicants are entitled to Dearness Allowance, Perks at 35% of Basic Pay, HRA as well as other benefits including CPF, Gratuity, Social Security Schemes in addition to Medical benefits, as per AAI Rules. Interview - applicable for Post Codes 1 to 11 (Manager posts)
For Manager (Fire Services): Physical Measurement Test, Driving Test, in addition to Physical Endurance Test (Running, Casualty Carrying, Pole Climbing, Rope Climbing, Ladder Climbing & Descending) after Application Verification
