Candidates who have already completed one year of Junior Residency (Non-PG) MBBS in any Government Hospital are not eligible to apply. | Criteria Details Educational Qualification MBBS Degree from a Recognized University / Institute. Registration Requirement Permanent Registration Certificate from Delhi Medical Council (DMC). Internship Completion Candidates must have completed their internship on or after 01.07.2024. Prior Junior Residency Candidate should NOT have undergone one year Junior Residency (Non-PG) MBBS in any Government Hospital earlier. Category Certificate EWS / OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) / SC / ST / PwBD certificate (as applicable) issued on or after 01.04.2026 for Central Government posts. Nationality Indian Citizens only.
