Nationality / Citizenship A candidate must be either a citizen of India, a subject of Nepal, a subject of Bhutan, a Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1 January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, or specified East African countries with the intention of permanently settling in India.
