Nationality: Only Indian citizens are eligible for appointment to clerical cadre posts. | Marital Status: A male candidate with more than one living spouse, or a female candidate who has married a man with a living first wife, is not eligible. | Physical Fitness: Candidates must be mentally and physically fit and will need to clear a medical board examination before final confirmation of appointment. | Character Certificate: Required from the head of the institution last attended and two respectable persons unrelated to the candidate. | No Objection Certificate: Mandatory for candidates currently in government/semi-government service. | Anti-Cheating Provisions: The Uttarakhand Competitive Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2023 applies to this examination; any unfair means used will invite action under this Act, including debarment from future UKSSSC examinations and FIR. | Prohibited Items: Cameras, calculators, mobile phones, pagers, scanners, and any electronic/communication device are strictly prohibited inside the examination centre.
