Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions as on 01 July 2026. Only candidates who are domicile/permanent residents of Uttarakhand are eligible. Candidates must be registered at an Employment Exchange in Uttarakhand before the last date of application. | Criteria Details Nationality Indian Citizen; OR Tibetan refugee who came to India before 01.01.1962 with intent of permanent settlement; OR person of Indian origin migrated from Pakistan, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania etc. Educational Qualification – Post 1 (Mandatory) Post-Graduate degree in Agriculture (M.Sc. Agriculture) from a University/Institute legally established in India Educational Qualification – Post 2 (Mandatory) Graduate degree in Agriculture (B.Sc. Agriculture) from a University/Institute legally established in India Educational Qualification – Post 3 (Mandatory) B.Sc. (Agriculture) Preferential Qualifications (All Posts) 1. Service in Territorial Army for minimum 2 years; OR 2. NCC "B" or "C" Certificate. For Post 3: Good knowledge of written Hindi in Devanagari script is also mandatory. Employment Exchange Registration Registration at any Employment Exchange in Uttarakhand State on or before the last date of application is mandatory Domicile Must hold Uttarakhand Domicile / Permanent Resident Certificate High School Certificate Mandatory to upload High School Certificate (for name and date of birth verification) along with both sides of Aadhaar Card at the time of online application CIBIL / Loan Default Candidates who have defaulted on repayment of loans/credit card dues to Banks/NBFCs/Financial Institutions and have not regularised outstanding dues are NOT eligible Character Must be suitable in every way for employment in Government service Marital Status Male candidates with more than one living wife are not eligible; female candidates who have married such a person are also not eligible
