Essential qualification: CA / CS / CFA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / PGDM (Finance) from a recognised institution, with 8 years' experience in capital market regulation or merchant banking. Desirable: Law degree; evidence collection skills. | 2. Deputy Director (Banking) - 2 Posts | Level-11 | Must hold analogous post, or 5 years' service in Level-10. Essential: CA / CMA / CS / CFA / PGDM (Finance) / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / MBE, with 3 years' experience in finance or banking in any Government organisation. Deputation tenure: 4 years. | 3.
