Preferred Certifications PMP, CBAP (IIBA), PMI-PBA, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), ITIL, Prince2, Six Sigma Green Belt, or relevant Cloud Certifications. | Work Experience (as on 31 March 2026) | Type Requirement Mandatory Minimum 8 years of post-qualification work experience in IT Domain, with minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst / Lead Business Analyst. Preferred At least 3 years of experience within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. Technical Exposure Proven expertise in managing large-scale technical programs with multiple streams of deliverables. Specific Skills Experience in Core Banking transformation, Payments (UPI/Swift), Compliance, Reg Tech, Retail Lending, Digital Lending, Corporate Lending, Customer Lifecycle projects, General ERP/CRM/Web-App development.
