✅ Eligibility

Educational Qualification (As on 31.12.2026) Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University, or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. Candidates with an Integrated Dual Degree (IDD) certificate must ensure the date of passing the IDD is on or before 31.12.2026. Candidates in their final year/semester of graduation may also apply provisionally, subject to producing proof of having passed the graduation examination on or before 31.12.2026. Matriculate Ex-servicemen who have obtained the Indian Army Special Certificate of Education, or the corresponding certificate in the Navy or Air Force, after completing not less than 15 years of service in the Armed Forces of the Union, are also eligible. Such certificates should be dated on or before 31.12.2026. Age Limit (As on 01.04.2026) Not below 20 years and not above 28 years - i.e., candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.04.1998 and not later than 01.04.2006 (both days inclusive). Category Age Relaxation OBC 3 years SC/ST 5 years PwBD (Gen/EWS) 10 years PwBD (OBC) 13 years PwBD (SC/ST) 15 years Ex-Servicemen/Disabled Ex-Servicemen Actual period of service rendered in defence services + 3 years (8 years for Disabled Ex-Servicemen belonging to SC/ST), subject to a maximum age of 50 years Widows, Divorced Women, and Women Judicially Separated from Husband (not remarried) 7 years (subject to a maximum age limit of 35 years for General/EWS, 38 years for OBC, and 40 years for SC/ST candidates) Trained Apprentices of SBI GEN/EWS – 1 year; OBC – 4 years; SC/ST – 6 years; PwBD (Gen/EWS) – 11 years; PwBD (OBC) – 14 years; PwBD (SC/ST) – 16 years Cumulative age relaxation is not available either under the above items or in combination with any other item. Candidates seeking age relaxation must submit copies of the necessary certificates at the time of joining; no change in category is permitted after registration of the online application, and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained. Also Read: Candidates who are working in SBI in the Clerical cadre are not eligible to apply under this project, and candidates who were earlier employed in State Bank of India and resigned while in the clerical cadre are also not eligible. Candidates against whom there is an adverse report regarding character, antecedents, or moral turpitude are also not eligible to apply for the post.
