RCF Kapurthala Apprentice Qualification Candidates must have passed the 10th class examination or its equivalent (under the 10+2 system) with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks from a recognised board, and must also possess a National Trade Certificate (NTC) in the notified trade issued by the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT). Where results are shown as CGPA, the percentage is calculated by multiplying the CGPA by 9.5. For example, a CGPA of 7.4 converts to 70.3% (7.4 × 9.5). If matriculation marks are 70% and ITI marks are 80%, the combined average used for the merit list would be (70+80)/2 = 75%.
