Minimum 7 years experience as a Branch Manager / Senior Officer in a Co-operative or Nationalized Bank. Branch Manager (Board Secretary) Graduate/Post Graduate. Experience in preparing agendas for Board and Committee meetings, drafting minutes and resolutions, follow-up of Board decisions, handling Chairman's correspondence, and communication with RBI and other authorities. Minimum 5 years experience. Must be proficient in English and Marathi correspondence. Shorthand will be preferred. Branch Manager (Estate Manager) Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, Real Estate Management, or related field. Experience managing commercial buildings, office premises, branches, ATMs, vendor management, contract administration, maintenance operations etc. Minimum 5–10 years experience in estate/property/facilities management. Experience in banking, financial institutions, or large corporate organizations is preferred. Branch Manager (Legal Officer) Graduate/Post Graduate in Law (LLB/LLM). At least 10 years experience as a practicing Advocate / worked as an Executive in any Bank / any financial institution handling Legal portfolio related to recovery matters. Assistant Branch Manager (Marketing) Graduate/Post Graduate, MBA/BBA. Minimum 2 years experience in Marketing field, preferably with experience in Salary Account Acquisition & TASK (Trust/Association/Society/Corporate). Assistant Branch Manager (Graphic Designer) Graduate/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, and video editing software. Certification in DTP preferred. Minimum 1 year experience in graphic design, preferably in banking, financial services, or corporate sector. Assistant Branch Manager (Steno/Typist) Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University. Must possess English/Marathi shorthand and typing proficiency. Minimum typing speed of 40 w.p.m. in English. Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications. Preference for candidates with 2–5 years experience as Stenographer/Personal Assistant/Secretary in a Bank, Financial Institution, Co-operative Society, or reputed organization. Good communication skills in English and Marathi are essential.
