Only candidates who have completed their qualifying examination as regular candidates and acquired the requisite qualification on or after the year 2022 are eligible. | Qualifying qualification must be from a University in India or a State Board recognized by the competent authority. | Candidates currently undergoing apprenticeship training in Govt./Public/Private Sector for one year or more as on the date of joining are not eligible.
