Educational Qualification Post Name Qualification Required Draftsman (Civil) Two-Year Draftsman Training Course Certificate/ Diploma from any Government recognized institute Works Supervisor Matriculation Examination pass or its equivalent, along with an ITI Certificate in Building Construction or Carpentry Trade issued by the Jammu and Kashmir Board of Technical Education (JKBOTE) or the Director General of Training, Government of India Candidates shortlisted for Document Verification must produce original certificates proving their qualification was obtained strictly on or before the cut-off date.
