Candidates can apply for the vacancy of only one state and must fulfil the eligibility criteria specified for that state, including the mandatory local language proficiency. Nationality/Citizenship A candidate must be a citizen of India, or a subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1 January 1962 with the intention of settling permanently, or a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia) or Vietnam with the intention of settling permanently in India, subject to the required eligibility certificate from the Government of India. IOB LBO Educational Qualification Candidates must hold a Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government. Candidates must possess a valid mark-sheet/degree certificate showing they are a graduate on the day they register, and must indicate their graduation percentage while registering online.
