Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions as on the closing date of application (09-07-2026). All particulars including category and sub-category once filled by the applicant in the Online Application Form shall be sacrosanct and no change shall be permitted at any stage of the recruitment process. | Criteria Details Nationality / Domicile As per Haryana Subordinate Courts Establishment (Recruitment and General Conditions of Service) Rules, 1997. Reservation benefits only for bonafide Haryana residents with valid Haryana Government-issued certificates. Educational Qualification (as on 23-06-2026) Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BSc) or equivalent degree from a recognized university. AND proficiency in computers (Word Processing and Spread Sheets). Hindi / Sanskrit Requirement Must have passed Matriculation with Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subjects OR must have done +2 / BA / MA with Hindi as one of the subjects, before the cut-off date of qualification (23-06-2026). Marital Status Disqualification No person who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or who (having a spouse living) has entered into a marriage with any person shall be eligible. Exception: only if such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person as certified by the Hon'ble High Court. Government Employees In-service employees of Punjab/Haryana Government, other State Government, Government of India, High Court, Subordinate Courts, or Union Territory Chandigarh must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their Head of Office or Department and produce it when called. Failure to produce NOC will result in cancellation of candidature. Posting Undertaking All applicants must give an undertaking in the Online Application Form that they will work anywhere in the State of Haryana wherever they are posted.
