A recognised medical qualification included in First or Second Schedule or Part‑II of Third Schedule to IMC Act 1956, fulfilling Section 13(3) conditions where applicable. | Postgraduate qualification – MD/MS or equivalent in the concerned subject or allied discipline. | Four years’ teaching experience as Reader/Associate Professor in a recognised medical college in the concerned specialty; OR | Three years’ teaching experience as Associate Professor in the concerned specialty, with at least four research publications in indexed/national journals as first author, of which minimum two are during Associate Professor tenure.
