Post Primary Qualification Qualifying Marks Mandatory Post-Qualification Experience Upper Age Limit (UR) Project Engineer on Contract (PE-C) B.E./B.Tech. in relevant discipline At least 60% (aggregate) 3 years* 33 years Technical Officer on Contract (TO-C) B.E./B.Tech. in relevant discipline At least 60% (aggregate) 1 year* 30 years Assistant Project Engineer on Contract (APE-C) Diploma in relevant discipline At least 60% (aggregate) 1 year* 30 years Senior Artisan on Contract (SA-C) ITI in relevant discipline Passed Out 2 years* 30 years * Apprenticeship in the relevant field (maximum of one year) is also counted as experience. Experience from Academic Institutions / Colleges / Internship / Project work will NOT be considered for post-qualification experience calculation. All qualifications must be from a recognized Indian University/Institution recognized by the appropriate Statutory Authority. CGPA to percentage conversion certificate from the institution/university is mandatory if the institution follows a grade evaluation system.
