Only serving Government servants fulfilling the prescribed eligibility criteria for each post are eligible. Applications must be forwarded through proper channel by the parent department. Candidates must be clear from vigilance point of view with no disciplinary case pending or contemplated. Post-wise eligibility is as follows: Post Eligibility Criteria Joint Registrar (i) Officers possessing a degree in Law and holding: (a) Analogous posts under Central/State Govt./High Court; OR (b) Posts with minimum 05 years regular service in Grade Pay of Rs.6600/- (Level 11 in 7th CPC). (ii) Judicial Officer with minimum 08 years of regular service. Deputy Registrar Officers of Central/State Govt./High Courts: (a)(i) Holding analogous post on regular basis; OR (ii) At least 05 years regular service in Grade Pay Rs.5400/-; OR (iii) At least 06 years regular service in Grade Pay Rs.4800/- or equivalent. AND (b) Possessing a degree in Law from a recognized University or equivalent. Principal Private Secretary Officers of Central/State Govt./High Courts holding analogous posts of Principal Private Secretary on regular basis in PB-3 (Rs.15600-39100 + GP Rs.6600/-); OR in the grade of Private Secretary with at least 08 years combined regular service in PB-2 (Rs.9300-34800 + GP Rs.4800/-) and PB-3 (Rs.15600-39100 + GP Rs.5400/-). Deputy Controller of Accounts (i) Officers working as Deputy Controller of Accounts from Central Departmentalized Accounting Organisation of CGA with minimum 02 years of service in the grade under C.G.A., C.G.O.A., P&T Accounts or Railway Accounts Service. (ii) Accounts Officer with minimum 10 years service in the grade of Accounts Officer in C.G.A., C.G.O.A., P&T Accounts and Railway Accounts Service. Section Officer / Court Officer Essential: Persons working under Central/State Govt./High Court/Subordinate Courts – (a)(i) Holding analogous post on regular basis; OR (ii) Holding posts of Assistants or equivalent in PB-2 (Rs.9300-34800 + GP Rs.4600/-) with 08 years regular service. AND (b) Possessing a Degree of a recognized University or equivalent. Desirable: Degree in Law. Private Secretary Officers holding the post of Stenographers under Central/State Govt./High Courts – (i) Holding analogous post on regular basis; OR (ii) 06 years of regular service in the scale of Pre-revised PB-2 (Rs.9300-34800 + GP Rs.4600/-). Accounts Officer (i) Regular Accounts/Audit Officers from any of the Organized Accounts Department; OR (ii) Officers under Central Govt. holding analogous post on regular basis who have undergone training in Cash and Accounts work in ISTM or equivalent and possess experience in Cash, Accounts and Budget work; OR (iii) Junior Accounts Officer/Accounts Audit Officers or equivalent in PB-2 (Rs.9300-34800 + GP Rs.4200/-) with 08/05 years regular service respectively under C&AG, Defence A/Cs, P&T, Railway A/Cs Department. Assistant Library and Information Officer (a) Officers under Central/State Govt./High Courts and Courts subordinate thereto – (i) Holding analogous posts; OR (ii) At least 05 years regular service in PB-2 (Rs.9300-34800 + GP Rs.4200/-). AND (b) Essential: (i) Bachelor Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science from a recognized University/Institute; (ii) Two years' professional experience in a Library under Central/State Govt. or autonomous/statutory organisation/PSU/University/recognized Research or Educational institution. Desirable: (i) Master's degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science; (ii) Diploma in Computer Application. Junior Accounts Officer Officials under Central Govt. holding analogous post or SAS Accountant/Junior Accounts Officer in various Accounting organisations; failing which Assistants with 05 years service / Upper Division Clerks (Senior Assistants) of Central Govt. with 10 years service in the grade who have undergone Cash & Accounts training in ISTM or equivalent or possess 03 years experience of Cash, Accounts and Budget works. Caretaker (i) Officers from Central Govt. – (a) Holding analogous post on regular basis; OR (b) Holding post in scale of Pre-revised PB-1 (Rs.5200-20200 + GP Rs.2400/-) with 08 years regular service in the grade. AND (ii) Possessing a degree from a recognized University or equivalent. Senior Accountant (i) Senior Accountant of Departmentalised Accounting Organisation/Auditor of the Indian Audited Accounts Department; Senior Accountant of CGA Defence, P&T and Railways in that grade; OR (ii) Junior Accountant in Departmentalised Accounting system or under CGA/Defence/P&T/Railways or Auditor under CAG with minimum 05 years experience in that grade; OR (iii) Assistant in C.S.S. Cadre with 03 months Cash and Accounts training conducted by ISTM. Junior Accountant (i) Junior Accountant experienced in the Departmentalised Accounting system under CGA, P&T Accounts, Defence and Railway Accounts or Auditor under CGA; OR (ii) Upper Division Clerk (Senior Assistant) in CSS or subordinate offices with Cash and Accounts training conducted by ISTM.
