Computer Qualification Diploma/Degree in Computer Science from a recognized Institution/University established by law in India, OR 'O' Level Certificate awarded by NIELIT/DOEACC Society, OR 'CCC' Certificate in Computer Science from a recognized institute established by law in India. Computer Knowledge Knowledge of Data Entry, Word Processing and Computer Operation. Typing Speed Minimum Typing Speed of 25 Words per minute in English Typing on Computer. Preferential Qualification Candidates who have served in the Territorial Army for minimum 2 years OR obtained 'B' Certificate of NCC shall be given preference, other things being equal. Marital Status A male candidate with more than one wife living or a female candidate who has married a person already having a wife living shall not be eligible. Physical Fitness Must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with efficient performance of official duties. Medical certificate from CMO required before final appointment. Character Character must be suitable in all respects for appointment. Persons dismissed by Union/State Government or Local Authority are ineligible.
