A total of 1,340 aspirants have shortlisted for the Personality Test across four engineering services:

How to Check UPSC ESE Mains Result 2026
Access the government UPSC website: upsc.gov.in
Go to the "What's New" section along with click on "Written Result: Engineering Services (Main) Examination, 2026".
The result PDF will open, listing roll numbers as well as names service-wise.

3. Personality Test (Interview)
The schedule for the Personality Test is Not Yet Declared. The exact date will be intimated through the e-summon letter, downloadable from upsc.gov.in along with upsconline.nic.in. A Roll Number-wise Interview Schedule will as well be published on the website. No request for change in interview date/time will be entertained under any circumstances.
Documents Required at the Time of Personality Test
The official notification states that, aspirants must carry original certificates/documents supporting their claims relating to:
Age / Date of Birth
Educational Qualifications
Community Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS), where applicable
As per the official update, Benchmark Disability Certificate (for PwBD applicants ), where applicable
Aspirants are advised that, Candidature is provisional in addition to subject to criteria verification. applicants who fail to produce required original documents will not be permitted to appear before the Personality Test Board, in addition to no TA (travel allowance) will be admissible in such cases.
Important Instructions
The result is provisional; final selection depends on document verification along with Personality Test performance.
Mobile phones are banned inside UPSC examination/interview premises.
