The Uttar Pradesh Shiksha Seva Chayan Ayog (UPESSC), Prayagraj has declared the UP TGT Result 2026 on 28 July 2026 for Advertisement No. 01/2022. The result has been made known for 2,982 Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) posts across 14 subjects, while the English subject result (557 posts) has been withheld due to a pending case before the Allahabad High Court. test-takers can now verify their result, cutoff marks, along with qualifying status through the government UPESSC website using their login credentials.

Why Is the UP TGT English Result Not Declared?

The final selection result for Trained Graduate English (557 advertised posts) has not been declared along with the other 14 subjects. According to the departmental circular, this is as a writ petition ( No. 9799/2026 ) challenging the final answer key for the English subject is currently pending before the Allahabad High Court. UPESSC has stated the English result will remain on hold until the matter is resolved. No date for the English result is now live.
