Age Limit
Age is reckoned as on 01 July 2026 . For most posts, applicants must be born between 02 July 1984 along with 01 July 2005; for the Sahayak Lekhakar/Kanishtha Sampreekshak (Jal Sansthan) post, applicants must be born between 02 July 1984 along with 01 July 2008.
Pay and Allowances
Picked applicants will be placed on the following pay levels according to the 7th Pay Commission-based pay matrix:
Lekhakar (Bridgekul): Level-06, Rs. 35,400 – Rs. 1,12,400
Sahayak Lekhakar (most departments): Level-05, Rs. 29,800 – Rs. 94,300 or Rs. 29,200 – Rs. 92,300 (department-wise, as detailed in opening Details)
Karyalaya Sahayak-Tritiya (Lekha): Level-04, Rs. 27,200 – Rs. 86,100
Cashier cum Sahayak Lekhakar: Level-04, Rs. 25,500 – Rs. 81,100
Selection Process
Selection will be made through an offline objective-type (multiple choice) competitive written examination carrying 100 marks (100 questions) to be completed in 2 hours. The syllabus is based on Commerce, Business Administration, in addition to Accountancy, covering Financial Accounting, Computerised Accounting, Cost Accounting, Financial Management, Money & Banking, Business Organization & Management, Business Economics & Statistics, Marketing Management, as well as Auditing, Taxation & Business Laws.
Each question carries equal marks; 1/4th mark is deducted for each wrong answer.
Aspirants are advised that, Minimum qualifying marks: 45% for General/OBC/EWS in addition to 35% for SC/ST aspirants .
