UCSL Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
Assistant Manager
Objective Type Test (50 marks) + Personal Interview (20 marks) + PowerPoint Presentation on work experience (30 marks) = 100 marks total. The Objective Type Test is 60 minutes, 50 MCQs, covering General Knowledge (10 marks) along with Subject-based questions (40 marks), with no negative marking. Minimum pass marks: 50% (UR/EWS), 40% (SC/ST for reserved openings ).
Supervisor
Phase I - Written examination: Objective Type (40 marks) + Descriptive Type (40 marks). Phase II - PowerPoint Presentation on work experience (20 marks). Total 100 marks. The Objective Test's General section (Part A) covers General Knowledge, General English, Reasoning, in addition to Quantitative Aptitude (5 marks each), plus Discipline-related questions (20 marks). Minimum pass marks: 50% (UR/EWS), 45% (OBC for reserved posts ), 40% (SC/PwBD).
Office Assistant & Store Keeper
