Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Junior Administrative Assistant:
The official notification states that, Must be a Graduate from a recognized university.
The department has confirmed that, Must have a Certificate Course in Computer Word Processing or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university/institute.
Must have a typing speed of 40 words per minute on a computer.
Senior Computer Assistant:
Candidates should note that, B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology, or
MCA from any recognized university.
Age Limit
The conducting body has announced that, As on 10.08.2026, aspirants must be:
As per the official update, Not below 18 years of age
Not more than 40 years of age for aspirants of other (general) categories
Aspirants are advised that, Not more than 45 years of age for applicants belonging to Scheduled Castes as well as Scheduled Tribes
This age limit applies uniformly to both the Junior Administrative Assistant in addition to Senior Computer Assistant posts.
Salary / Pay Scale
Application Fee
It is informed that, Fees must be paid online through Credit Card (Visa/Master/RuPay), Net Banking, Debit Card (Visa/Master/RuPay), Wallets, Cash Cards, or UPI only. No other mode of payment is accepted, along with bank charges may submit .
The official notification states that, Fees once deposited will not be refunded or adjusted against any other recruitment in future.

Selection Process
Junior Administrative Assistant
According to the latest notice, Phase 1 - Written Screening Test (Objective Type, Duration: 2 hours, 100 Marks)
The official notification states that, Subjects: English, General Knowledge, Aptitude, Reasoning, Basic Computer Knowledge, etc.
Minimum qualifying marks: 60% (relaxable by 10% for reserved category aspirants ).
Shortlisting ratio for Phase 2: 1:3 (i.e., 3 aspirants per advertised post, as far as practicable).
Phase 2 - Type Test & Written examination (English)
Minimum qualifying marks in Phase 2: 60%.
Senior Computer Assistant
Phase 1 - Pen- as well as -paper exam (Objective Type, Duration: 2 hours, 100 Marks)
Subjects: General Knowledge, General English, Current Affairs, Aptitude, Knowledge of Computer Science along with allied matters, etc.
Minimum qualifying marks: 60% (relaxable by 10% for reserved category test-takers).
The conducting body has announced that, Shortlisting ratio for Phase 2: 1:3 (i.e., 3 test-takers per advertised post, as far as practicable).
Phase 2 - Viva Voce (Interview) & Skill Test
Minimum qualifying marks in Phase 2: 70%.
Reservation Policy Note
For both posts, if no suitable reserved-category candidate is available, the High Court will first attempt to fill the post from test-takers of other reserved categories; if still unavailable, the post will be filled as per applicable rules by applicants outside the ST/SC category.
Disqualification for Appointment
A person is not meeting criteria for appointment to the service if he/she:
Is not a citizen of India
Has been dismissed from service by the Government, Central Government, High Court, or any statutory/local authority
Has been convicted of an offence involving moral turpitude
Has more than one spouse living
Directly or indirectly attempts to influence the recruiting authority by any means
Required Documents
