Selection Process

Selection for RRC NWR Act Apprentice training follows this process:

Online applications are invited against the notified trade-wise along with unit-wise posts .

According to the latest notice, A trade-wise as well as community-wise merit list is prepared based on the average of marks obtained in 10th standard as well as ITI.

Aspirants are advised that, applicants are shortlisted at 1.5 times the number of available slots for document verification as well as screening.

A Screening Committee verifies original documents along with certificates of shortlisted aspirants .

A provisional training panel is issued for aspirants who successfully clear document verification, subject to approval of the Divisional Railway Manager.

Important Instructions

There is no guarantee of employment in the Railways after completion of the apprenticeship training; the apprenticeship contract automatically terminates on completion.
