The application fee must be paid through a Demand Draft or Banker's Cheque issued by a nationalised bank, in favour of "District Health Society, Dhamtari" . The original Demand Draft/Banker's Cheque must be attached with the registration form; the application will not be accepted without it. test-takers applying for more than one post must submit separate applications with separate Demand Drafts for each post.

test-takers will be shortlisted along with shortlisted through a combination of educational qualification marks, experience marks, along with descriptive test/interview/skill test marks, based on the following weightage:

Educational Qualification: Up to 65% of total marks converted from qualifying marks (varies by post; technical posts as well carry separate weightage for technical qualification)

It is informed that, Experience: Maximum 15 to 20 marks depending on the post, calculated at the rate of 2-4 marks per year of relevant government/semi-government experience, subject to a maximum of 5 years

Pen- in addition to-paper exam/Interview/Skill Test: Up to 20 marks, including bonus marks of up to 15 marks for aspirants who have worked under the National Health Mission, along with 10 bonus marks for staff who served during the COVID-19 pandemic for at least 6 months (as per government order dated 03.02.2023)
