MPPSC Mining Inspector Selection Process
Selection to the post of Mining Inspector was made on the basis of the combined merit of marks obtained in the written examination along with the interview. The final selection list has been prepared strictly in order of merit according to the marks secured in the descriptive test plus interview.

Important Notes for Selected Candidates
Aspirants are advised that, For unreserved (open) posts, only those reserved-category test-takers who qualify purely on merit, without any relaxation, are shortlisted as stated in the General Administration Department circular dated 07.11.2000.
Where an adequate number of women test-takers was not available for women-reserved posts, those posts have been filled by male aspirants of the same category, in line with the GAD circular dated 10.02.1997.
The conducting body has announced that, MPPSC reserves the right to correct the published result if any computer or clerical error comes to its notice.
The official notification states that, This result remains subject to the final outcome of pending petitions SLP No. 8764/2023, SLP No. 12398/2023 before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, along with WP No. 5901/2019, WP No. 5596/2024 before the Hon'ble High Court, along with other similar pending petitions.
