The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has officially published the Revised Selection List for the post of Anesthesia Specialist (Nishchetna Visheshagya) under Advertisement No. 03/2024, dated 24 July 2024. The revised list was declared on 19 June 2026 from its Indore office. Key Notes and Important Conditions
MPPSC has issued five crucial notes along with the revised selection list. applicants in addition to appointees must read as well as comply with all these conditions before joining.
Note 1 - Open Category Appointments
As per Government of Madhya Pradesh General Administration Department letter No. Reserved category aspirants have been shortlisted on merit for open posts only when they eligible without any concession. F-7-46/99/A.P./One, dated 7 November 2000, test-takers from reserved categories chosen against open (unreserved) posts must meet the qualification criteria without any relaxation, on a par with general category aspirants .
Note 2 - Women Reservation Rule
Interested applicants should know that, As per Government letter No. C/3-2/97/3/One dated 10 February 1997, Clause 5, if sufficient women test-takers are not available to fill the posts reserved for women, such posts shall be filled by male aspirants of the respective category.
Note 3 - Computer or Typographical Errors
It is informed that, If any computer or clerical error is brought to the commission's notice after the publication of the selection result, the commission reserves the right to correct the selection list.
Note 4 - Vacant Posts After Selection
Out of 203 total posts in the 87% main list, 117 posts remained vacant due to non-availability of picked or suitable test-takers. Therefore, the total number of positions remaining is 117 + 6 = 123 posts. These 117 posts are distributed as follows: SC - 30 posts, ST - 43 posts, OBC - 17 posts, EWS - 27 posts. As per government norms, 6 of these differently-abled openings have been converted to open unreserved category posts. Additionally, 14 posts were reserved for differently-abled applicants , although as no suitable differently-abled applicants were found, 12 of those posts could not be filled.
