How Many Candidates Are Included in the Rank List?

Before checking individual ranks, aspirants should understand how the rank list is structured across different categories, since selection numbers vary by list type.

As per the official update, The total rank list comprises 107 test-takers , divided as follows:

Main List: 28 aspirants

Supplementary List: 61 applicants

Differently Abled Categories List: 18 test-takers

The Main List features test-takers shortlisted purely on merit along with reservation rotation, while the Supplementary List includes community-specific reserved category toppers who did not make it to the Main List.

Top Rankers in the Main List

The department has confirmed that, This section highlights the top-scoring applicants in the Main List, giving an idea of the cut-off marks in addition to merit trend for this recruitment.

The first rank in the Main List was secured by Anjali Sekhar G S with a total score of 83.51, followed by Anandalekshmi Sadasivan (81.10) as well as Kavya J A (79.72). The 28th in addition to last rank in the Main List closed at a score of 74.23, held by Kalyani B H.

Differently Abled Candidates' Rank List (4% Reservation)

KPSC has furthermore issued a separate rank list for differently abled test-takers, in accordance with the 4% reservation policy for persons with disabilities.

This list is divided into four disability categories:

Low Vision (DA-LV)

Deaf in addition to Hard of Hearing (DA-HI)

Candidates should note that, Locomotor Disability including CP, LC, Dw, AAV, MDy (DA-LD/CP)

Aspirants are advised that, ASD(M), ID(M), SLD, MI (40%-70%) in addition to Multiple Disabilities (DA-M)

Validity Period of the Rank List

Understanding how long a rank list remains valid helps aspirants know their chances of receiving an advice memo for appointment.

As per Note (1) of the departmental circular, the rank list will remain in force till the publication of a new rank list after a minimum of one year, or until three years, whichever is earlier. Advice for appointment depends entirely on opening availability reported to the Commission, as well as inclusion in the rank list does not guarantee a job offer.

How to Apply for Answer Script Rechecking

It is informed that, test-takers who wish to recheck their OMR answer scripts have a limited window to submit through the proper channel.

Applications must be submitted only through the One Time Registration (OTR) Profile on the departmental KPSC website ( www.keralapsc.gov.in ).

A fee of Rs. 85/- must be paid via e-payment.

Candidates should note that, The rechecking window is 15 days from the date of rank list publication, i.e., on or before 09-07-2026.

Applications via email, post, or in person will not be considered.

How to Get a Photocopy of the OMR Answer Sheet

The department has confirmed that, test-takers seeking a copy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & Part B) must follow a specific application process within a fixed timeline.

Pay the prescribed fee of Rs. 335/- via e-payment.

The application window is 15 days from the date of rank list publication, i.e., on or before 09-07-2026.

A copy will be issued only once per candidate.

For posts with common examinations, the OMR copy will be issued only after all related rank lists are published.

Community Reservation Codes Used in the Rank List

This section explains the abbreviations used in the "Community" column of the rank list for easier interpretation.

Correcting Community Details in the Rank List

If a candidate's community has been incorrectly recorded, there is a defined process to correct it as well as claim due reservation benefits.

As per Note (4), applicants must inform The Regional Officer, KPSC Regional Office, 4th Floor, Eastern Entry Tower, Ernakulam South Railway Station, Karshaka Road, Kochi – 682016, within one month from the date of publication of the rank list. Failure to report discrepancies in time means the candidate will be advised based on the details already recorded in the rank list.

How to Relinquish a Claim From the Rank List

test-takers who do not wish to be considered for appointment from this rank list can formally withdraw their candidature through a defined process.

Submit an application in the prescribed format to The Secretary, Kerala Public Service Commission, Head Office, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram – 695004.

The format is available on the government KPSC website.

The request must be attested by a Gazetted Officer, accompanied by a Notarized Affidavit in addition to a self-attested photo ID proof.

Requests received within 15 days of rank list publication will be honoured against pending opening requisitions.
