Before Exam Day:
obtain entry pass w.e.f. 14.04.2026 from www.jkssb.nic.in using your credentials
Take a printout of the Hall ticket well in advance to avoid any last-minute rush
The official notification states that, If you are unable to obtain your hall ticket, represent before the Board two days before the Examination Date with valid proof of having filled the Online online form as well as paid the online fee
Be in regular touch with the JKSSB Departmental portal (www.jkssb.nic.in) for latest updates (Hall tickets will not be sent by post)
On Exam Day:
Report to your respective examination centre at least two (02) hours before the scheduled examination time for Biometric/Facial Authentication
Candidates should note that, Carry the clear printed copy of the E-Hall ticket
In case of any mismatch in the photograph on the Entry pass, the claim will not be entertained by the Centre Superintendent on exam day
During / After Exam:
Candidates should note that, aspirants shall have to submit their Hall tickets back to the Invigilation staff duly signed by the candidate as well as the concerned Invigilator after the completion of examination
The department has confirmed that, The candidature of test-takers claiming qualification by misrepresentation/concealment of any material facts, impersonation, fraud, etc. shall be liable for cancellation as well as disciplinary action
