ICAR IARI Senior Research Fellow Recruitment 2026 - Eligibility Criteria
Senior Research Fellow (SRF): Master's degree in Plant Biotechnology/ Plant Physiology/ Plant Biochemistry/Life sciences/ Microbiology with 4 years / 5 years of Bachelor's degree (1st Division). applicants having graduate degree in basic Sciences with 3 years of Bachelor's degree in addition to 2 years Master's degree should have NET/GATE/ICAR-SRF (PhD entrance) qualification in addition to 2 years of research experience. Desirable: Experience in basic plant physiology, biochemistry along with molecular techniques, molecular cloning, genetic transformation of crops, particle gun mediated transformation, plant tissue culture, development as well as analysis of transgenic plants.
Age Limit
All Posts: Maximum age limit is 35 years.
Age Relaxation: Relaxation in upper age limit to relevant categories as per GoI rules. 40 years for women.
