HPSC Senior Manager & Manager (IA) Selection Process 2026

Interested applicants should know that, In line with the government HPSC notification, selection for the posts of Senior Manager (IA) as well as Manager (IA) in HSIIDC is done through the following stages:

Aspirants are advised that, Subject Knowledge Test: The first along with main stage of selection is a 150-mark subjective Subject Knowledge Test of 3 hours’ duration, conducted in English. aspirants must score a minimum of 35% marks to be meeting criteria for the interview stage.

Shortlisting for Interview: The number of test-takers called for interview will be two times the number of advertised posts (including bracketed test-takers, if any), provided they have secured the minimum cut-off of 35% marks in the Subject Knowledge Test.

Interview/Viva-Voce: Shortlisted applicants appear for a personal interview. Attendance at every stage of the exam is mandatory.

Final Merit List: The final merit list is prepared by adding the marks of the Subject Knowledge Test as well as the Interview, applying the respective weightages of 87.5% along with 12.5%.
