test-takers having AOCP Trade Apprenticeship from Ordnance Factories, AOCP Trade Apprenticeship from a Govt./Private organization with Government affiliation, along with other feeder trades as stated above from both Ordnance Factories in addition to Govt./Private organizations having Govt. affiliation, along with from Govt. ITI, shall be considered.

Employment can be terminated at any time during the tenure by giving one month's notice by either party, or payment of the Basic Pay + DA components in lieu of notice. Candidates should note that, Selection is based on marks scored in the NAC (NCVT) mark sheet along with Trade Test/Practical Test, in order of merit. HEF may decide the cut-off percentage for calling applicants for the Trade Test based on total marks secured in the NAC issued by NCVT.

The merit list is prepared based on combined marks in the NAC (NCVT) mark sheet as well as Trade Test/Practical Test, with a weightage of 80% for NAC (NCVT) Exam along with 20% for Trade Test/Practical Test .
