Answer Key & Marking Scheme (Paper-1 Gujarati & Paper-2 English)
According to the Final Answer Key of Paper-1 (Gujarati Language) in addition to Paper-2 (English Language), evaluation was done as follows:
+1.000 mark for every correct answer
The official notification states that, -0.300 mark for every wrong answer, multiple-encoded answer, or blank answer
Cut-Off Marks 2026
The notification lists the following cut-off marks. Beyond item 9 (which is explicitly broken down by Group A, Group B, in addition to Group D), the notification does not attach a category label to each numbered cut-off, hence the figures are reproduced here exactly as published, in the same order.
Note: In line with the notification, cut-off marks mean the marks obtained by the last candidate in the merit list (arranged in descending order of total marks) of the concerned category.

Reservation, MRC Candidates & Women Reservation Details
Meritorious Reserved Category (MRC) aspirants
As per G.A.D. Circular No. PVS-1099-MM-13-G4 dated 29/01/2000, PVS-2010-03-900-G4 dated 23/07/2004, along with PVS-102019-221-G4 dated 07/02/2019, reserved category applicants who scored equal to or more than the general qualifying standard, along with did not avail any age/qualifying relaxation at any stage, are chosen against unreserved posts as Meritorious Reserved Category (MRC) test-takers. A total of 36 MRC test-takers have been recommended for appointment on unreserved posts:
The following MRC applicants (Roll Nos. 106036879, 108044721, 117084503, 119100096 as well as 120102785) have been allocated a seat in their own category instead, due to a better preference.
Candidates should note that, Women Reservation
According to the applicable G.A.D. Against this requirement, 39 women test-takers have been chosen. notifications/circulars (dated 09/04/1997, 22/05/1997, 14/06/2012, 11/11/2014, as well as 10/06/2019) as well as GPSC's Office Order dated 20-09-2025, 35 women applicants were required to be picked.
Persons with Disability (PwD)
The number of test-takers shortlisted from the Persons with Disability category has been decided as per GAD Resolution No. CRR-102017-122639-G-2 dated 20-11-2024 as well as GPSC Office Orders dated 04-07-2025 along with 20-09-2025.
Bonus (Grace) Marks

Important Instructions From the Notification
Mere success in the examination does not confer any right to appointment. No candidate will be appointed unless the Government, after necessary inquiries, is satisfied that the candidate is suitable in all respects for the post.
The declared result is subject to revision after rechecking of marks for those aspirants who send in for rechecking.
The conducting body has announced that, applicants are advised to go to the Commission's website, https://gpsc-ojas.gujarat.gov.in, for further instructions in addition to guidelines.
