ESIC has adopted a Consolidated Remuneration structure for Contractual Faculty (Super Specialist, Specialist) in addition to Residents/Tutors, as per applicable ESIC Headquarters office memoranda.

Consolidated remuneration for cadres other than regular Senior Resident includes NPA@20%, DA@60%, in addition to HRA@27%; a transport allowance is as well payable.
