A total of 15 positions have been made available for the post of Assistant General Manager (Scale V) in Specialist Category. These are distributed across SC, ST, OBC, EWS along with UR categories as follows. The number of openings is provisional along with may vary according to actual bank requirement. Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD (Divyangjan) categories is applicable as per Government of India guidelines.

test-takers must fulfill all qualification conditions as on the cut-off date 31-03-2026. All educational qualifications must be from a university recognized by Govt. of India / approved by Govt. The selection procedure consists of an Online Examination followed by an Interview. In case of equal marks, aspirants senior in age will be placed higher in the merit list. test-takers shortlisted in the online test will be called for interview to the extent of 4 times the number of positions . Final merit will be based on the combined performance in Online Test in addition to Interview in the ratio of 70:30. Merely satisfying the criteria norm does not entitle a candidate to be called for the test or interview.

Applicants may submit only online from 30-04-2026 to 25-05-2026 at the link https://ibpsreg.ibps.in/cbiagmapr26/. No other mode of application will be accepted. Before applying, applicants should scan their photograph (200x230 pixels, 20-50 KB), signature (140x60 pixels, 10-20 KB), left thumb impression (240x240 pixels, 20-50 KB), along with handwritten declaration (800x400 pixels, 50-100 KB). A valid personal email ID in addition to contact number must be kept active till completion of the recruitment process. Not more than one application should be submitted by any candidate. In case of multiple applications, only the latest valid (completed) application will be retained.

An indemnity bond of INR 3,00,000/- must be executed by the shortlisted candidate to indemnify the Bank in case such candidate leaves the service within 3 years of selection. aspirants must have a minimum CIC (Credit Information Company) score of 650 with no credit default or financial indiscipline as on the date of document verification.

Important Instructions for Central Bank of India AGM Specialist Recruitment 2026 Candidates

Only one application per candidate - multiple applications will result in forfeiture of fee paid for other registrations.

Applications once submitted cannot be withdrawn in addition to fee once paid is neither refunded nor held in reserve.

test-takers must ensure criteria before applying - the Bank reserves the right to reject applications at any stage.

The department has confirmed that, Minimum CIC score of 650 is mandatory with no credit default in the credit report.
