Social Worker: Degree from a recognized University; Diploma in Social work of minimum one year duration from a recognized University/Institution along with One year experience in Social work in a recognized Institution/Hospital OR Post-graduate degree in Sociology from a recognized University.
Upper Division Clerk (UDC): Degree of a recognized University or equivalent; At least three years experience in correspondence work in Govt./Semi Govt./Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous Bodies/Institutions; Thorough knowledge of office routine/rules as well as regulations.
