The standard of engineering papers will be that of Engineering Degree Examination of an Indian University. In the General Ability Test, special attention will be paid to assess the candidate's capacity for general awareness, at the level expected of an Engineering Graduate. If the examination is held in multiple sessions, normalization of marks will be adopted. Minimum Qualifying Marks: For UR/OBC (CL) test-takers — minimum 40% in each section in addition to minimum 50% overall across all three sections combined. The examination is a Computer Based Multiple Choice Objective Type Test (CBT) of 3 hours duration consisting of three sections.
