How to Download BPSSC PET Admit Card 2026
test-takers must get their hall ticket from the correct tab based on their advertisement number:
Advertisement No. 05/2025 (Police Sub-Inspector) test-takers: get from the "Bihar Police" tab.
The official notification states that, Advertisement No. 01/2026 as well as 02/2026 (Sachivalaya Sahayak / Adhinayak Lipik, including Home Guard test-takers): collect from the "Homeguard" tab.
Go to the government BPSSC website: https://bpssc.bihar.gov.in .
The department has confirmed that, Click on the "Bihar Police" tab (Advt 05/2025) or the "Homeguard" tab (Advt 01/2026 & 02/2026), as applicable.
Find along with click the PET entry pass get link for your advertisement number.
Enter the login details asked (in line with the website's requirement) in addition to collect the e-examination permit.
Take a printout for the exam day.
Documents Required at the PET / Document Verification
All applicants must appear at the specified time with their examination permit as well as a photocopy of the online application receipt, along with the following original certificates plus one set of photocopies of each:
Valid photo identity card Voter ID, Driving Licence, Aadhaar Card, etc.
It is informed that, Educational qualification certificate: Intermediate (or equivalent) pass certificate for Advt 01/2026 & 02/2026 applicants ; Graduate (or equivalent) pass certificate for Advt 05/2025 applicants .
Date of birth certificate (original Matriculation certificate).
Caste certificate issued by a competent authority for SC, ST, EBC, along with BC category aspirants . For married/unmarried women applicants , the caste certificate is valid only if issued on the basis of the father.
Non-creamy layer certificate for BC in addition to EBC category aspirants . For married/unmarried women test-takers, valid only if issued on the basis of the father.
Bihar state permanent resident (domicile) certificate for all reserved category applicants .
Aspirants are advised that, Bihar EWS (Economically Weaker Section) certificate, if applicable based on income along with assets for financial year 2024–2025, in the format prescribed under Bihar Government General Administration Department Notification No. 2622 dated 26 February 2019 (Gazette No. 284).
Original certificate of being a grandson/granddaughter of a Bihar state freedom fighter, if applicable according to the format prescribed in letter no. 11687 dated 30 August 2016.
Certificate of being a Bihar Government employee, if applicable regular government servants who have completed a minimum of three years of service by the cut-off date mentioned in the advertisement must bring a certificate issued by their controlling officer.
The department has confirmed that, Ex-servicemen applicants must bring their PPO (Pension Payment Order) as well as discharge book.
Third gender (Kinnar/Kothi/Hijra/Transgender) applicants must submit a Bihar domicile certificate in addition to a certificate issued by the competent authority confirming transgender status.
Home Guard organisation members (men, women, along with third gender) enrolled in addition to trained, with a minimum of 5 years of service/duty in the organisation, must bring a Bihar Home Guard status certificate in addition to a valid Home Guard identity card applicable only to Advertisement No. 02/2026 aspirants .

Important Instructions for BPSSC PET 2026 Candidates
It is mandatory for every candidate to appear in the PET on the specified date. Failure to appear will make the candidate ineligible, in addition to no second opportunity will be given.
