Merit List Preparation
Where more than one shortlisted candidate is available in the same category, a merit list is prepared using the following formula:
The percentage obtained is divided by 10 to arrive at the marks (for example, 45% in Intermediate = 4.5 marks). Marks obtained in grading/CGPA systems are as well converted accordingly.
