AIIMS Rishikesh Post-Wise Eligibility & Educational Qualification

All 27 posts are open only to serving government employees shortlisted for deputation. criteria differs by post, based on parent cadre, grade pay, in addition to years of regular service, as detailed below.

Medical Superintendent

As per the official update, A medical qualification included in the I or II Schedule, or Part II of the Third Schedule, to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 ( applicants with Part II/Third Schedule qualifications must as well satisfy Section 13(3) of the Act).

Senior Programmer (Analyst)

Officers holding an analogous post on regular basis, or with 5 years of regular service in PB-3 + GP 5400, along with possessing BE/B.Tech/MCA/BSc with a Diploma in Computer Application plus 10 years' experience in IT systems, networking, hardware configuration or software programming in government departments/statutory/autonomous bodies.

Senior Procurement-cum-Stores Officer

The department has confirmed that, Officers under Central/State Government, UT Administrations, or Central Statutory/Autonomous Bodies holding an analogous post, or with at least 5 years of regular service with Grade Pay of Rs. 5400, as well as 5 years' experience as a Stores Officer on regular basis.

Chief Medical Social Service Officer

Hospital Architect

Architects, or officers in an equivalent grade in CPWD, possessing a Degree in Architecture with not less than 5 years' experience in the line. If suitable CPWD officers are unavailable, similar officers from other Central Government departments, Central Autonomous/Statutory Bodies, or PSUs may be considered.

Senior Accounts Officer & Finance and Chief Accounts Officer

Aspirants are advised that, Officers under Central/State/UT Governments, Universities, Statutory/Autonomous Bodies, or R&D Organizations holding an analogous post, or with 5 years' regular service in the relevant field in GP Rs. 5400.

Executive Engineer (AC&R)

Officers of a 200-bedded hospital under Central/State/UT Governments, Autonomous/Statutory/Local Self-Government Bodies, or PSUs, holding an analogous post; OR GP Rs. 4200 with 8 years' regular service - plus 5 years' experience in the relevant field. 4600 with 3 years' regular service; OR GP Rs.

Security Officer

Officers of Police Departments (Central/State/UT) or Armed Forces including Para Military Forces, holding an analogous post, or with 2-3 years' regular service in PB-2 GP 4800/4600 or above - preferably with experience in security, in addition to handling agitations along with strikes of employees.

Accounts Officer

Officers holding an analogous post on regular basis, or with 2-3 years' regular service in the relevant field in GP Rs. 4800/4600 respectively.

Stores Officer

Analogous post on regular basis; OR 2 years' regular service in GP Rs. 4800; OR 3 years' regular service in GP Rs. 4600 - with a degree from a recognized university, plus a PG Degree/Diploma in Material Management, OR a Bachelor's Degree in Material Management with 3 years' experience in store handling (preferably medical stores).

Assistant Accounts Officer

Senior Sanitation Officer

Officers of a 200-bedded hospital under Central/State/UT Governments/Autonomous/Statutory/Local Self-Government Bodies/PSUs, holding an analogous post; OR GP Rs. 4200 with 5 years' regular service.
